Yes, it can be done without having to speak to people on the phone to an extent. You should talk to your leads (people that you know are interested) and anyone that signs up under you, as well. Most people like to know that theres a real person their dealing with. So, while a phone is usually necessary, its not necessary to use it to bother people who arent interested. Does that make sense?
